先月、「建築物の耐震改修の促進に関する法律」による登録資格者講習（木造耐震診断資格者講習）を受講し、修了証明書が届きました。
鉄骨や鉄筋コンクリートは構造設計の専門家にお任せしますが、木造程度なら知識を蓄積するためにも必要と思い、受講してみました。
これから耐震改修を軸に仕事をしていくわけではありません。ただ、リノベーションを計画する場合、必要なことと感じていました。近年、行政が耐震改修の補助金を出していますが、その時、設計者に対してこのような耐震改修の講習を受講していることが条件である場合が多いようです。クライアントのためにもなることだと思っています。
